Sennheiser HD 800 review

With the incredible popularity of the HD 650’s it was only a matter of time before Sennheiser was going to put out something better and more expensive, but still achievable for us little audio lovers . It is a rather big jump to go from the HD 650’s to the Orpheus/HE-1 models, so the HD 800 was a great next step when they were released in 2009.

The Sennheiser HD 800 headphones are built to last, with a combination of premium materials and expert craftsmanship. The plastic headphone cups are lightweight and durable, while the earpads are soft and comfortable for long listening sessions. The adjustable metal band provides a comfortable fit for all head sizes, but be mindful that if you lean over/down too far these cans might just fall off. The thick tangle-free cable is great quality and adds to the overall durability of the headphones.
